Wait, I called Lee Daniels unsubtle?A good second politics-and-race feature for the day, and it had been long enough since I'd seen it (and let's face it: my memory is deteriorating rapidly enough) that I'd forgotten the key plot point that changes everything.
I'd also forgotten the wonderful performance as a crazy old seer by Amiri Baraka.
